The three maps below are obtained from agoda at December 2018.

The four above are located particularly nearby the university with reasonable price.
It is now (28 April) presented as "Hurry! Over 40% of properties are fully booked!" in Agoda if I try to serach with "Danang, 4-8 August".
Since one of the selling points in Danang is the beach, I show the map of the hotels near the beach below.

The Nam Hotel & Spa above is the one that a visitor to me has stayed in 11-18 April 2019.
He saied he choosed it accroding to the reputation. He said that the price is very reasobable, and the comfortability was quite good, which is more than the price.
